Relkin approaches every project by carrying out a feasibility study at no cost to the client. This includes a sketch scheme in conjunction with budget costing.
DESIGN & FIXED PRICE COVER
Again without obligation to the client, Relkin prepares a detailed submission incorporating initial design and Contract Sum Analysis, together with method statement, risk assessment and full company profile
PROGRAMME
Relkin prepares the optimum construction programme to suit individual client’s requirements, whether time or working constraints are the crucial factor.
PLANNING
Relkin provides an integrated service in respect of both planning and site investigation prior to Design and Build contracts being finalised.
DETAILED DESIGN
Upon exchange of contracts, Relkin and their consultants will produce a full, professionally indemnified, quality assured design scheme.
CONSTRUCTION
Relkin then undertakes construction from foundations and steel framework to cladding and fitting out, closely supervised by their “in-house” management team.
