Company Profile
We are a small versatile company, well established with over 40 years experience and very well equiped to process parts using mass finishing techniques.We currently process parts for the motorsport industry as well as the aerospace industry, using vibratory mass finishing as well as disc finishing techniques. We can process most plastics and all metals wether using ceramic or plastic media to degrease, descale, deburr or polish as needed.
Usually we turnaround work in 48hours or less. Once a process is established, data cards are strictly adhered to to ensure reliability is maintained. Often customers want to set up their own plant once processes have been established, and this we can do by supplying usually from stock of reconditioned equipment and new consumerbles to suit their needs.
All sample parts are processed free of charge for evaluation. |
