Counterbalance Forklift Truck: The most common type of forklift truck, counterbalance forklift trucks have their forks pointing forward to load from the front. 3 Wheel Counterbalance Forklift Truck: Working under the same premise as a regular 4-wheeled counterbalance truck, the 3-wheeled variety have added manoeuvrability.

Reach Truck: Gained their name from the ability to ‘reach’ beyond their stabilising legs into the racking or pallet storage space.Sideloaders: Their forks pointing outwards to the side relative to the truck operator.  They are ideal for carrying long loads such as piping and timber lengths. Teletrucks: Specialised trucks that have an extending mast operating on a boom that offer much more access than the more regular forklift truck.
